Cancellation & Changes
At Catholight, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please send us an email at support@catholight.com with your order number and the request. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.
Your order is only eligible for cancellation or modification within 2 hours of placing it. We follow this timeframe because our fulfillment system is designed to start processing orders swiftly—so your items can be made and shipped to you as quickly as possible. After that window, the order is locked in and can no longer be changed or canceled.
A few things to keep in mind:
- If you request a cancellation or modification after the 2-hour window and it's still possible, a 30% fee of the total order value will apply to cover the handling and production steps already underway.
- If your request involves design adjustments, please note that delivery may take a little longer so our team can carefully update the artwork for you.
